- Pre-Production: Co-lead weekly and monthly meetings discussing analytics and strategy, Collaborate with content creators to brainstorm and ideate content, Plan content and create shoot calendar, Utilize asana to assign crew, talent and lift, Facilitate guests, invitations, ingredients, props, tech, etc. 
- Production: Supervise and advise for art direction and styling for 40-60 social media videos per week, Film and light when necessary, Coach content creators and manage onset expectations, Prepare call sheets, crew, etc for shoots.
- Post-Production: Organize data storage and Asana edit queue, Assign editors and edit when needed, Participate in the revision process, Manage deadlines and deliver 40-60+ pieces of content per week.
- Ad Hoc Services: Moral support and coaching for team, Assist in ad hoc brand shoots for help, Consult and help develop future brand partnerships
